Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Consider Abraham: "He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham. The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: "All nations will be blessed through you."So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.(Galatians 3:6-9)
Have you got used to change in daylight yet? The sky gets dark early nowadays. It's week 4 now, nearly halfway through Autumn term already.
This week, we are meeting at 7.30pm on Friday as usual. But remember that we are meeting at More House (one of the University Chaplaincies) on Heslington Lane. Please take a look at the attached map if you are not sure about the location, or contact Winfred.
This week we will look at Romans 3:21 to 4:25 ( NIV here) If you have time, you may find it useful to read the bible passages before Friday,
This term's bible study plan is on www.yccf.org.uk
